Step by Step:

1. Remove the cap
2. Push plastic sleeve down
3. Pull off the rubber band, bring plastic sleeve back up
4. Recap
5. Tap with cap side down on a hard surface 5-10 times (put some power behind those taps)
6. Flick with finger to see "puff" of powder to confirm brush is flowing.
7. Repeat process if needed
8. Apply using small circular motions to sweep the brush over bare skin, moisturized skin, or over makeup! Don't forget about ears, neck and other areas.
